The Second Day

We made it thru last night just fine...went to bed at 10 and pup slept till 6:30 a.m.  Got up, took the dogs outside, breakfast for the dogs, play with the dogs, back to take a nap.  All day we played, they napped, and things are quiet tonight. They are both sound asleep and it's only 7 p.m.
    Reily is doing great with the sit command and learning "dress".. "hurry" is no problem if I get her outside in time. She is allowed to wander around the back yard with her leash on but not in my hand...she's doing well. Levi is showing her the best spots!
     This morning one of our neighbors, Karyl, stopped over to meet Reily, who was on her best behavior.  Then she (Reily) Skyped with Auntie Mary from Minneapolis.  She couldn't quite answer Mary's questions so I had to do that.  And tonight Auntie Jean from Seattle and Reily and Levi Skyped.   If anyone wants to Skype with her, let me know.
      Today her meds, contracts, Gentle Leader and first CCI cape arrived. The Heartguard went down with no problem...she loved it and wanted more.  The cape was not as much of a hit...she wanted to chew it and we only left it on for a couple of minutes. It's also too big for her but in a couple of weeks, it'll fit fine. Since we aren't taking her out in public for awhile, she'll have time to grow into it. What fun though to see it on her...really makes it more real that she has a job in life and we are the ones to make sure she gets a good start. Didn't get any pictures but hope to when Gene is around this weekend. One short video of both our kids.
